Zoom Customer Deployment Statuses

The table below describes the statuses for the deployment of the Zoom customer that are displayed in the Live Cloud customer screen.

The following table explains the entity icons in the Customers page. Icon colors for "Status" are aggregated from the following statuses:

Deploy Status
Links Status-connection between the customer site and the Provider Exchange SBC. Links are represented in Live Cloud by site SBC FQDN, IP Group or Tenant ID

The request to deploy customer has been submitted or the customer lead has been sent to Provider Exchange.

The Live Cloud license is applied to the new customer lead by the Provider Exchange.

Deployed

Numbers are uploaded to the customer lead by the Provider Exchange.

Wait for Customer

The customer consents to the newly uploaded numbers through Sync action in their Zoom application.

Customer removal is in progress.

An error has occurred in the customer deployment or there is a connection error between Live Cloud and the customer tenant.
